Office manager Marian Deckman was born in Meadowbrook, Pa, the youngest of 7. At age 5 her family moved to Hialeah, Fl where she grew up. Marian has been with Mini Maid since 1999, and has been in the office since 2002 after spending three years as a team leader. Her past maid experience includes 6 years with Maid Brigade in Miami Lakes as a supervisor and office worker. Marian has always loved impacting the lives of others, evident in her 11 years working with a family retirement home before entering the home cleaning business. Lloyd, Marian’s husband of 29 years, is an A/C technician. They live in Orange Springs with their 2 dogs and a cat.
Marian says of her position at Mini Maid, “I love talking to the customers and meeting some amazing people. I especially appreciate our employees and try to do everything in my power to make their tough job easier. They work so hard and are great at what they do. I love that this company gives back to the community in so many ways, a lot of which goes unrecognized.”
